She talks
But isn't heard
The things she says are too real.
She screams
But no sound comes out
No one stops to understand.
She hums
But no melody is heard
Her song is hard to sing.
She wonders
But no one notices,
Except the beating of her heart.
Love is Love and it comes in pieces
Even if it's delivered with some creases,
It's your job to flatten them through,
Just don't let them take over you.
A silent gym
How many memories?
A timeless shot,
A broken heart,
A first turn,
Maybe a dance of fate
What takes place here?
Gym classes at day,
And games at night,
Practices in the afternoon,
And dances in the moonlight
Sitting alone,
It creaks and mumbles
When no body can hear
It is lit for no reason
It can feel full,
Yet, so empty
How important can it be?
Just a huge room,
But everyone has one memory
That can be traced back
To that silent gym
From this point of view
There's only one way
You look up, or you dream
Unless the sky is gray
Then you must close your eyes
And hope for some sun beams
For they are the cause that
Delivers your biggest dreams
If you're here, and it's quiet
Then you'll find the meaning
Of pain or loneliness
Or even broken hearts
'Cause you have to embrace
What you have from the start
'Cause closeness can't compare
To being far apart
So you say you had found
A large stick in your side
I'd say you'd have found
All the trouble in life
You just have to learn how
To throw the stick aside
To focus on living
And to not l
I close my eyes to the blame
To hide myself from the shame
I close my eyes to face the pain
But none of it can disappear
'Cause if one thing is surely clear
A new horizon is not near
I lie awake to the thought in my heard
To all the words I wish that were said
I lie awake, alone in my bed
Though, that is not the thought that makes me sick
It's all the time I've let tick
Like a candles flaming wick
I want to be a fallen tree
A memory to some, but a soul to others
My support forever free
I want to be a summers breeze
You open your arms to embrace me
And I cure your restlessness with ease
I want to be the sun up above
I tingle your skin with a slight touch
My presence will warm you, my love
I want to be the sky you always see
For then you'd always be beside me
And how peaceful our minds could always be
My love for you,
Is like your love for me
First blossomed when
We sitting beneath that tree
What fate we had,
What challenges we'll overcome
We would have never knew
And all the stuff we'd hum
Now when you're in my arms
And I'm in yours
We connect, my heart takes flight
Like we're some legendary explorers
From where I stand
I can see the world as it is
It's color, it's grace, It's beauty
From where I stand
I see your ideas turn
And I'm perfectly okay
From where I stand
From where I stand
I can hear your breathing even
While the clock is ticking
From where I stand
I can tell the day's breaking
But, I'm perfectly okay
From where I stand
From where I stand
I can grab your hand
And pull it to me tightly
From where I stand
I can hold you to me
and I'm perfectly okay
From where I stand
From where I stand
I can feel your heart beating
With the sun on our skin
From where I stand
I'm standing with you

She sits surrounded, but alone
perfect yet broken.
Doing everything asked,
but still wanting more.
Together, but far apart,
different in sameness,
found and lost.
Tides pulling fast
tearing apart the life raft.
Where to go?
Lost.
Not alone, but distant
and they sit inches from each other.
Emotion wore thin,
words tired and useless.
Now together in the water,
they hold each other up.
Neither can falter,
or they will both drown.
Together in struggle.
Brought together by life.
Love learns to grow
from friendship and need
They find each other as they discover themselves.
D: thats unfortunate... but what I was going to say was, with regards to that poem that was apparently not from a dreamscape is, was it from some sort of dystopian part of your life?
